AMC Technology, LLC, is a global provider of multi-channel contact center integration software. Recently, they’ve announced successful re-certification with SAP for the several connectors within its solution suite.

These connectors include AMC Telephony Connector for Cisco ICM and AMC Telephony Connector for Cisco UCCX. Connectors for the MCIS 5.3 product recently achieved “Certified for SAP NetWeaver” status from SAP AG for the interaction center capabilities integrated with SAP Customer Relationship Management application.

Founder/CTO, AMC Technology, Anthony X. Uliano, says customers considering CTI integration with SAP should turn to AMC for strong expertise, fully certified integrations, and more than 15 years experience in the industry.

Uliano also said continuing to maintain certified integrations with SAP solutions demonstrates AMC’s commitment to long-term support of our large SAP customer base.

AMC is the only vendor offering fully certified integrations between SAP CRM and Cisco’s UCCX platform and they hold more CRM certifications with SAP than all other vendors combined throughout the world.

AMC is working on completing additional certifications with SAP, and should be done with this process by the end of the current quarter. They expect to continue to support the CRM release and new features like presence.
