Noble Systems, a provider of contact center solutions, announced today that they were awarded the 2011 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award issued by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine. The award was given specifically for Noble Enterprise Hosted, Noble’s cloud-based hosted call center platform. Noble’s software is tailored towards enterprises with a mix of mobile, call center, and home agents in both outbound and inbound roles.

The 2011 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award honors companies that produce an innovative and successful IP contact center product or service. Winners are selected based on contact center solutions that offer features, functions, or capabilities that differentiate them from other companies.

Noble’s Noble Success

James Noble, Jr, the CEO of Noble, commented on how his company received the award:

Noble’s hosted contact center solution is still a new offering–it was introduced at the end of April this year. With this award, the company appears to be off to a good start in the ever growing cloud software market. Noble has also received other awards recently, notably a Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award for its Maestro product, which assists managers in running efficient and productive contact centers.
