Calgary Board of Education Selects Telax Hosted Call Center to provide helpdesk technology

Here’s more about the newest member of the Telax family:

The Calgary Board of Education (“CBE”) is the third largest public school district in Canada serving approximately 100,000 students from early childhood education through to Grade 12. In addition, the CBE serves adults through Chinook Learning Services. The organization employs over 10,000 full time and temporary staff with programs operating from over 214 schools andbuildings. The annual operating budget for the CBE is approximately $940,000,000.
