Custom-built applications and third-party applications from the AppExchange directory help company meet demands of customers, employees and board members

The company has also developed its own custom applications with the AppExchange as well as deployed third-party applications from the AppExchange directory to support the demands of its customers, employees and board members.

After deploying Salesforce SFA, IDeaS then decided to migrate the support of their IDeaS Revenue Optimization solution to Salesforce Service & Support.
