Moneris Solutions Selects inContact by UCN

SALT LAKE CITY (December 03, 2008) – UCN, Inc. (NASDAQ: UCNN), the market leader in on-demand contact center software, has signed a two year renewable agreement for inContact┬« Hiring with Moneris Solutions┬«. Moneris Solutions is an industry-leading processor of debit and credit card payments with 230 agents at multiple contact center locations.

Moneris Solutions chose inContact Hiring to improve operational performance by reducing HR screening time, improving the quality of candidates, and reducing agent attrition by hiring the right agent from the start. Additionally, Moneris Solutions plans to use this tool to help support their at-home agent program.
