Former Best Buy Executive to Lead Center of Excellence for the RightNow Web Experience

BOZEMAN, Mont. (July 22, 2010) – RightNow® (NASDAQ: RNOW) today announced the appointment of Brian Curran to vice president, web solutions. Curran is responsible for ensuring that RightNow clients receive the greatest possible value from the RightNow Web Experience solution. In this role he will work to understand clients’ Web Experience needs, bring the voice of the customer back to the team to drive new solutions, and strategize with other Centers of Excellence (COE) leads on increasing client value through best practices. He will also work closely with RightNow clients to help them retain their customers, improve satisfaction rates, and drive increased revenue from those relationships.

As a result, he joins RightNow with strong leadership skills and knowledge of the types of solutions the market requires, which will be invaluable in overseeing the direction of the RightNow Web Experience solution, driving go-to-market strategies, and working with key clients.
